About Nanobiotix S.A.

Nanobiotix is a biotechnology company based in Paris, France, that develops medicines built on nanoparticles. Its lead candidate, JNJ-1900 (NBTXR3), is designed to increase the effect of radiotherapy on tumors while limiting the dose to surrounding healthy tissue, and it is in clinical trials for several cancer types, mainly head and neck and lung cancer. The company also works on earlier stage platforms meant to help other drugs reach target tissues and to treat neurological conditions. Its main partner for the lead candidate is Johnson & Johnson, and the medicines are aimed at people receiving cancer treatment.
